This Broga course is exclusively for male yogis.
If you are keen to experience yoga classes without being surrounded by super flexible yoginis – This is YOUR chance!
The course teaches you in ten sessions and ten weeks the fundamentals of Wim Hof breathing, meditation and QiGong along with a constant progression of high level bodyweight strength training Asanas from easy to difficult.
Each class of the course comes with a session sheet that lets you practice the class at home without any difficulties in remembering the sequence and important guidelines.

Each class is 90 min (8.30 – 10.00).
The classes are only for male yogis and cater for all levels, beginners and advcanced yogis alike.

Drop-in students are welcome at any stage of the course.
When booking the course, special packages are offered to also attend the Stretch Course and Handstand Progression during each week to intensify your experience. Click here for costs of packages.
All classes take place at 51 Pedlar Street, Galle Fort, in the Tallentire House Lifestyle Shop.
Please be on time. For security reasons doors will close at 8.30am sharp.
Each class can accommodate a maximum of 10 students – first come, first served. Course students take priority over drop-ins.
